Streams on all platforms data - Apple Music, Deezer...

I’m new to Chartmetric and am looking for a way to access comprehensive streaming data (especially number of streams) across all DSPs for the artists we represent. Currently, I have a second-tier membership, but I can only view streaming data for Spotify.

Is it possible to obtain data from other DSPs with my current plan, or would I need to upgrade? Any guidance on how to access this information would be greatly appreciated.

    We collect the following stream data (or stream equivalent, such as a views for music videos) at the following levels:

    • Platforms with stream data at the track and artist levels:

      • YouTube

      • Airplay (for specific stations)

      • SiriusXM

      • Pandora

      • Soundcloud

      • Boomplay

      • Line

    • Platforms with stream data for some tracks, never at the artist level:

      • Spotify

      • TikTok (limited by TikTok Sounds as well)

    • Platforms with stream data for artists, but not for tracks:

      • Melon

    • Platforms without streaming data:

      • Apple Music

      • Amazon Music

      • Deezer

      • Anghami

    If I understand correctly, you are subscribed to Chartmetric’s artist tier? If so, you should be able to view the above information for up to three artists of your choosing. If that isn’t the case, then please let me know!
