Can't edit shortlists?

Not sure if this is a bug or intentional change, but I used to be able to edit my shortlists (name, icon, etc.) by clicking a small button on each list. That button seems to have disappeared — I’ve tried refreshing and switching browsers but no luck. Is there another way to access the edit options now?
